Left rear door not fixed - bat attetude

Serviced car on 31/12/2013. Rush job done. Message was in general that I must please pick up my car before 13h00 as they will close early. This message was given to me about 10 times. When booking in the car I did complain about the left rear door not opening and asked them to fix it within the warranty that expires on 60, 000Km. It was not done. This was also my feedback when a service follow up was done.
Today a lady from the VW garage phoned me to order my car back so they can fix it. Problem is, that I live in Pretoria and to drive 2, 400Km to get it fixed is not on.
I asked the lady to route it to VW Menlyn as it is 500 meters from my work. She gave me a cold shoulder and became rude during the conversation.
VW William Moffet, your service, after service and public relations needs attention. I am a client and if VW wants my business in future, something should be done or you can just as well close doors.
My car has 59, 974 Km on the clock at this moment and the warranty expires on 60, 000 Km. This seems like another fight waiting to happen.
VW, if you want me as client for future, please take control.
