Every month you guys want us to pay our accounts on time. Most of us are also working people and have only weekends to pay our accounts. On Saturday 24th of August, I want to pay my account, went to this store at around 11'o Clock, there were two staff members on the till on the one side, and one on the other side. Both the two people were busy, and when I walked to the guy on the other side, he just said, go stand in the line, I'm busy with Price Checks. So I walked out of the store. This morning on the 25th August I went back to the store, we were about 5 people standing outside, waiting for them to open the store. One minute before opening, the security guy come out with a written note, we are only opening at 9h15 due to system problems, signed by the store manager. The door was a little bit open, I asked the security guy what is the head office Tel nr., he slammed the door in my face and show to the notice he put on the window. I went to my car to fetch my Ipad to take a picture, on my arrival back to the store, the store was open. Spoke to the female manager about this problem, they said they were running late with cash-ups, cause they didn't have time yesterday. Pathetic!!!
