I just visited the Brooklyn Square branch. I did not know when they closed so I took a chance and was there at exactly 13h00. The door was open, so I went inside. I only wanted to pick up a package, which would have taken less than a minute. There was still another customer at one of the counters, but one of the women behind the counter rudely accused me of opening the door (it was open) and practically chased me out. This is unacceptable customer service. If your door is open (not only unlocked, but physically open) customers will go inside. Chasing them out and badmouthing them is totally unprofessional and completely unacceptable. That woman should be fired. Unfortunately I don't have her name, but it should be easy to determine who was working today.
