I called about charges on my bill. You contacted Cell C for an itemised bill & according to call centre the "dispute has been resolved". HOW CAN A DISPUTE BE POSSIBLY RESOLVED WHEN ON MY END I AM STILL DISPUTING the charges? I, the client am meant to interpret an excel SQL data dump?
I have email proof of all comms w/ Anita Botha & Lenita Correia. No answers to my questions!

2. What is GPRS roaming? I want the URL's investigated and shown to me.
3. What country code for these 'special calls' is a 1? On the country code listing a 1 is the USA. I was in South East Asia.
4. Data dates & charges not correlating with the itemised billing?
5. Origin of the calls on the 22 July dial code origin is Thailand. I was in Malaysia from the 20th & did not go back to Thailand. Passport, immigration & flight details can verify.
I am a client who has rights and none of them have been upheld and I am meant to take an email where two spreadsheet are sent with no explanation and pay R10 000! A dispute CANNOT be resolved if, I the affected have not been allowed to exercise my CPA rights to redress and recourse!!
