I need a new service provide

This is the 3rd time I bought the Promo MyGig20.
For the month I had 19 days service and 11 days without any service?
How must I use 20 gigs in 19 days? If I paid for 30 days.
I have 10 Gigs left and only a 4 days to use it... if I have service... VERY UNFAIR.
I think Vodacom is targeting all data numbers that have the Promo.
Yesterday I had to reboot 5 times because Vodacom cut-out.
Please we need to look at finding other providers in the rural areas as Vodacom cannot provide the service.
Neotel, please we need you on the other areas as well.
