Appauling service

I have been a prepaid customer with mtn for 10 years and recently decided to get a contract on the 15th of May for a Sony Xperia Z I was offered cellphone insurance of which i gladly took due to the price of the handset. When i called the service centre i only found out that my forms were not sent through to the insurance company. This did not make sense to me on mhy this was not processed immidietely. I than for the last two weeks been faxing my forms to the mtn 011 912 5122 every two days and calling 083 123 6084 in the same frequency and the forms are still not recieved. I hold for about 8 minutes for a consultant of which i never get one. I even stooped using the phone now in fear of what mite happen as it is not insured. This is really disappointing from mtn i just want to pay up this contract as soon as i can and move somewhere else. I have spent 10 years with the same network and this is what i get?
