Called Nashua to cancel a contract that was 24 months over- was advised to send a completed form- sent email as well as form - went to the employee i spoke to but he left the company- contract not cancelled- two months later from 7 July no resolution- Now i must resend docs that i sent to Thato on 8 Aug and still waiting for a manager to call me- i will not have unauthorised debits processed on my account and will go to legal wise if my credit record is affected- not one payment missed since i have been with Nashua- so much for client service- can someone confirm the cancellation of my contract by cob- no more emails will be sent- perhaps listen to the so call call recording yuo say are recorded
