Disappoinment Continues

After complaining about the duration taken to cancel my contract that ended 2 months ago, I get another bill from 8Ta saying that i owe them for a data contract for number 0614285201. This contract was taken out at Santon City 8Ta store on 30 May 2013, and was immediated cancelled the very next day as I went personally to the store to do the cancellation due to the fact that I was unable to pick up 3G signakl at my premises. I was assured by the 8ta sales person that the contract was cancelled, and now 3 months later I am still being charged. 8Ta is truley the worste network, an I am going to take this case to the press if nothing is done, and will also make known to the public that 8Ta have no competant people at the facilities.
