Not cancelling month to month contract on request

Cancelled my month to month contract on 12 march 2013 only to find out that they are still debiting my bank. After four months of fighting for a competent person to actually cancel the contract and change to prepaid i opened a case of with bank and had may and june deductions reversed as they had no authority to debit. Now im receiving threatening smses for outstanding money owed to them and they have blocked my line. I have had enough and have contacted my lawyer who said i can sue them both criminally and civilly. If they do not contact me by 4pm today with the issue resolved i will do just that. The contract ended in 2011 but i kept it on month to month. During my 4 month fight someone at cellc upgaded this month to month without my authorisation. I have had enough now. This is totally unacceptable and jakes now refuses to take my calls and did not give me contact details for billings and legal department. Please help i have had enough of being shunted around by incompetent including people who are supposedly management. No service at cell c. And no assistance at all
