I have unit trusts - every time I sell them online I have to cancel my debit order in order to process the payment. When the option was available for the old banking I could at least go and create new debit orders - but now they have taken this away so I am stuck with a useless online banking system and I cannot adjust the debit orders either.
I have complained months ago, called and emailed, and been told they would have to 'escalate' the problem.
Absolutely frustrating and useless.
Please fix your Unit trust transactions!
