TomTOm Unit not received

I were told that I will receive my TomTom Unit within 7 days after the 1st debit order has taken place - the SECOND debit order has already been taken and still NO GPS unit - is this only a marketing method to attract clients??? If the unit is not with me by tomorrow the 31st of May 2013, please refund me for the two debit orders on the TomTom unit.
