I asked Telkom to terminate my ADSL line in february 2013 and was informed process takes 30 day which was ok, after 30 days i get an invoice date 24-Apr-13 R773. I call them and ask why are u still billing me for an account i requested for termination they say it takes more than 30 days to finalise so i ask them when will i then know (they not sure when) i started paying of this amount which later increased to R891.00 in May (But apparently a letter of final demand of an amount of R250 was sent to me on the 25th of May they sent me the system automated record that i was supposed to pay this in March. its August now i have paid R891.00 well over the final letter of demand figure, last invoice from telkom (Total (Due date 16 Aug 13) R0.06 CR) they owe me R0.06) They took money from me and today they send me an sms threatening me of legal action because my account is in arrears i must call 0861000504 REF: 10127140 Mrs Modley, These people are not right in their heads ' can some one refund me or remove my name from their system period i want noting to do with people who pride themselves with total incompetence i have emails to prove everything in a court of law if ned
