I have tried to upgrade my contract on numerous occasions by going through their lengthy process only to find later and after my phone has been disconnected that nothing has been done. Huge promises delivery or rather no delivery!!!

Don't they want my money!!!??

This is the worst service from a cell company that i have ever received.
