Cell phone. I took out a contract on the 19th July 2013.After getting my invoice on the 3rd of August I noticed that I was billed for July
From the 1st instead of the 19th. Now the bundle u receive was prorate which started from the 19th .how come I was billed a full
Payment for the phone from the 1st if I didn't use this phone by then. And if I'm paying a full amount of add on device instalment fees for half the month. Tried
Calling the call centre but they not really helpful. oh and BTW my phone is faulty and freezing all the time so what do I do next. Somehow I need
Quality for the money I'm paying on this contract.
