Daylight as i pay BIS for 15 months mahala

The Consultant ommitted to increase the insurance premium from R47.00 to - R103 when I upgraded from a blackberry 8520 to a Samsung Galaxy Note N7100 which came with 500MB for the first six months and then 300MB data bundles for the next 18 months in March 2012. I was charged R59.00 BIS money from March 2012 to 20th June 2013 which is yet to be repaid to me. On 23 March 2013 my Cellfone was and I did the due process and claimed it at MTN insurance. They approved R3000 which is the retail price for the Blackberry and not the Galaxy Note which is more than double that amount. I only discovered being under-insured and BIS money that I pay only after claiming. The statements I recieved and still recieving do not show this breakdown. In short I don't have a fone and MTN billed me R590 for this contract. Only the BIS money has been removed from my bill. Efforts of asking MTN to use the BIS money for the shortage of insurance money failed. I figured that R47.00 R59 .00 equals R103.00 which is the figure they gave for what I'm supposed to pay for insurance.
