I call the call centre to create a stop order. Melissa Naidoo takes my call, asks me all the security question (which i understand has to occur) and after submitting all details of my stop order; she tells me her fax line is down. I asked her to request a colleague to fax all my stop order details to me; she said that cannot be done as i will go through another consultant and I must re submit all my details to the new consultant.
Consultant Maria assists kindly but when I ask for the confirmation fax to be sent to me; she sends the wrong details.
Now i call again, holding on for 10 minutes; and Kagiso is conferring with Maria :-((
why can he not print out a copy and fax to me!
Apparently they cannot email clients - so much for technology!!!
All i am asking is for Nedbank to fax me confirmation of the stop order that was created - and no one seems to know how to do it!!!
