I logged a complain with FNB few weeks ago regarding my courier incorrect debit orders. I was then told it was going to be investigated and sorted out. I have been with contact with guy from refunds department on this number 087 736 9223. I have been promised almost a week now that my refund will be done, everyday is a new story. Either supervisor in meeting cant release or something that lame.
FNB is quick to debit their clients but to refund takes forever. What also amazes me is the attention you receive from a FNB once you log a call at hellopeter? I fail to understand why people cannot just seem to do their work when they suppose to?
Can this please be escalated to the manager or supervisor in charge to sort this matter out? this it totally unacceptable services from FNB.
