MOST INEFFICIENT Service!

On the 9th of January i called in to Nedbank Card division.
i had a simple request to change my Billing cycle date to the 13th and also to load a debit order on my account top be deducted on the 25th of Each month. I was given confirmation that this was done. i asked to be transferred to Amex Card, same Request. At the End of the Call I was given confirmation.
I took a ref number from the agent 61071501.
On the 25th on January, Khanye calls me. she surprisingly tells me my account is 4 days overdue? I'm no Longer amused. I Told her i have a debit order running from my account. she says no, my account is cash and should have been paid on the 21st. WHY IS THIS SO? I REQUESTED DEBIT ORDER AND GOT CONFIRMATION TO THAT.
This is the first and most concerning inefficiency and most disgusting service. Affecting my status on Credit union listing me as a slow payer!

DID ANYONE KNOW Nedbank doesn't have supervisors. Or if they do, these Supervisors ARE ALWAYS IN MEETINGS. i Asked khanye to escalate this now. she comes back after 8 minutes, and says her Supervisor is in a meeting. it always happens that way.
The 8 minutes was Dead air. she could have
No DEBIT ORDER, PLEASE ADVICE?
