MTN does not want new business and will not reply

I have lodged a request for someone in your sales team to call me regarding obtaining an additional contract through my current number. I am with Corporate and have spoken to so many individuals I forget all their names, the most recent being Mpho, 30 July 11h47.
Prior to getting to Mpho, I left messages with sales and requested someone call me back as I would like to get a new phone and give my current one to my wife so that she has a decent handset and I will cover the contract costs. I have made no progress. MTN has steep competition with Vodacom and Cell C however when sales opportunities come through, you get nothing. I was told by your "ordinary" sales team that as I am with corporate, I have to deal with them, what a bunch of non-performers if you ask me. Clearly they do not care about selling your product or maintenance of your existing customer base. This is precisely why MTN loses customers, because your service (from what I have experienced) is shocking to say the least. It is simple, I have a contract, I would like a new one, with a Samsung Galaxy s4, a note book and even a lap to deal if you have these on offer, possibly even a wifi solution, MTN ref 2491975
