Easy to take my money, difficult to provide service

Good day,
Note that my first email was sent via your site for someone to assist me, on 11 July already. To date I have had NO phone call, email or SMS aknowledging this. PATHETIC!!!

I wanted to give my 1 month notice on 11 July to cancel my contract as it expires on 10 August 2013. I was told my contract only expires on 1 December 2013. I contacted the call centre and Kisha informed me it was due to an early upgrade I apparently did??
The last upgrade was August 2011 (white blackberry Torche) and now 24 months have passed. This means, I should be able to cancel my contract this month. But according to Autopage I can only upgrade 1 December? I think things are being confused, cause yes, I did receive A COMPLETE OTHER PHONE WITH OTHER number (082 659 7667) in December 2010 and cancelled it in December 2012, after 24 months. But this cannot be seen as an early upgrade on the number 082 604 4000.
Please explain to me what is going on here and why the months to expiry have suddenly increased with another 4 months? I cannot for the life of me remember that I upgraded 4 months too early, ever!!
Please send me FULL history of all my upgrades (and dates)
