Cell C
BIS Expired prior to the time frame

Hello Peter

I am a Cell C subscriber and last month i activated my BIS and it was the 15/07/2013, yesterday 31/07/2013 i noticed that i could not access the internet. When i called the Cell C call center i was given another number to call which is 086 166 7746. Now my question is that . How possible can my BIS expire prior to the 30 days period or is Cell C having network problems in the area I am currently in which is Tugela Ferry, KZN and why we are not being notified about such problems if the do experiencing them as this causes a great deal of inconvenience.
