If not for him, I can confidently say, MTN would have lost both my husband and me as clients. You would think as a salesman your duty stops once you've made the sale. After I contacted him regarding the delivery which didn't happen on two occasions, he took it upon himself to ensure that the gap between, MTN, the delivery service and myself were closed and we all were on the same page. The process did take almost a month to finalise but after Anesh stepped in I was comfortable that it would be sorted and within less 5 days my cell was delivered on time.
