I wanted to write a long detailed explanation but it wouldn't allow me to write my whole experience.

Bottom line is...

Makro needs to get rid of people like Anesh and employ more people like Ruben.

Thank you Ruben for all your help and positive attitude as for Anesh i think he needs to go work somewhere were he doesn't deal with customers.
