SPOILT FOOD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR CONDUCT

I have had numerous incidents of bad customer service & conduct at the Engen quickshop - Malvern Pick n Pay centre under the management Anesh.
Firstly, the savoury items i purchased once was spoilt & so when i brought it to the attention of Anesh, he became evasive, defensive& made all sorts of excuses. He eventually succumbed & replaced the items after i pointed out that i was fully aware of my consumer rights.
Secondly, today i went to claim small winnings of R110 on a lotto ticket - i was told that its a winning ticket (which i knew) but theres NO money. As i began, to clarify with the assistant as to what he meant as he was vivid in his explanation... another employee named Phindile walked past and made a comment in part english & part zulu to the assistant not to explain further as "customers fuse is loose" which she said in my presence!! This I assume was based on my previous complaint. I immediately asked Anesh, if he allows his staff to talk about his customers in their presence like that to which was his response was "oh he'didnt hear that... and oh she wasnt talking to you, she was talking to the assistant". Bad food, horrific attitude & bad customer service!!
