Account was payable on the 1 June and reflects behind 30 on the statement of 15 June.. According to credit controller my account will behind 60 day's on the 28th of July.. My Phone was cut of on the 18th of July, made arrangement's till the end of this month and today on the 25th my phone was cut off again.

I phoned the credit controler and her reaction was i am a bad paying client as for there was late payments and that my account is in arrears and that the system will block my number. So there is noting else Nashua Mobile can do. And that is as far as Nashua Mobile can help me. Pay your account and the line will be opened.

If my account is payable on the 1st of July then how can i be in arrears of 60 day's by 28 of July.. And all this is on recorded conversation..

And all this after being a client for 12 years...
