Nashua STILL deducting without permission!!!

After my last Hellopeter report, I received a call from Bianca Stirling asking me to send her the reference number of the money deducted from my account - I still do not know what for as I have not signed anything, nor received anything from Nashua Mobile! I emailed her 3 times but she ignored each email and now this month, Nashua decided to deduct R614 from my account??? How is this possible as I have not bought anything nor have I authorised any deduction???!!!
