Cancellation request neither follow up action done

On 03 May Tshego promised the refund with 3 to 7 working days. Ten working days have now expired and still no refund since initial cnacellation request in January. Please provide a breakdown of the amount to be refunded as well as how you propose to remedy the lack of client service.
