Last month the adsl service was disruppted and they creditted our account. This month they reversed last months credit so we ended up with double billing. their excuse is always their system does that. Why are they charging us if we didnt get service in the first place. And we did phone them to complain abt the disrupption in service and they told us that they are aware of the problem and didnt give us a referrence no. We contacted them last week Monday 29/06/13 and they assured us that they will investigate and respond that same afternoon. its a week later and I am still waiting for an answer from Telkom. They cant get away lightly by us. i want answers or I will be seeking an attorneys help. I am sick and tired of no service from telkom and no help either. they just want money but not providing a proper service. we even contacted Dion Wired where we got our contract and they say that they r only responsible for sales and cant help us. so where do we turn for help. this is absolute nonsense when a huge company can get away with daylight . they should be closed down.
