Shocking service of M.T.N

I took a 24 month contract out with Mtn for my daughter who now lives in P.E. After a few months she started having problems with it. She couldn't receive emails on it which she needs for her University work. She went into the mtn shop in P.E to get it sorted out. She got the phone back two weeks later, but they had only done software updates on it and not fixed the initial problem. She then had to take out a new contract and get another phone. At this point mtn were still billing me. At the beginning of this year my credit card was updated but mtn didn't bill my new account. last month I received a phone call by a third party to tell me that mtn had transferred this issue to them (without even warning me first) and that I owed them R 3500. I have tried to get in contact with Mtn but they say this issue is out of their hands and I must only deal with the third party now. I have switched my pay as you go contract to Cell-C and have told my friends to do the same.
