Lack of information from the cell phones

I went to Game store and inquired about the cell phone contract and was advised on different options and when they have succesfully scored me and told me that i qualify, the lady advised me that i will have to buy a sim card for approximately R106 and i advised that i dont have sufficient funds lets rather cancel and i will come back as soon as i have cash on my account. The lady insisted that i buy a sim card instore and she will activate for me. I proceeded then with the contract and signed relevant documents and the ladies name that assisted me (Noxolo) asked when am i getting paid and i said on the last workin day of the month. I was suprised when i went home and got an sms that they will be debiting my account in 48 hours, then indeed the debit order ran unsuccesfully, my account reflected bad on ITC and will have to pay an extra R100 for arrears. I went back to her and she said she was sorry for not telling me that important part and there is nothing that she can do. Im deeply hurt by the conduct of sales consultants that wants to push commision and the phone is also giving me problems and they only advised that i should take it to Vodacare.
