I returned a board, presentation board to the shop. I didnt need it. so i took it to the shop, they accept it, it was still sealed and in a good condition. but they refused to give me cash and told me that they will credit my back account. I pleaded that they give me cash because I didnt have the type of a card they wanted. they said I must go look for a bank card that has a cheap on it because mine wont work. I said how do I borrow other people cards?? the manager insisted that if I want my money back, I must go get that card. either I apply for a new bank account or get someone to borrow me.
I used my husband's account. they told me that they'll credited the money, R899.00, they said it will take 3 to 5 working days. i waited, there was no money, I went back to the shop, he told me I must wait it will come. a month later, no money, he said I must check with my bank, the bank said no money came through, since september until now i still didnt get my refund, his last word to me was that I'm not the only one, others wait for more than 6 months before they get it back. well, i cant wait anymore. please I want my money back
