Money taken off for a cancelled account

I had cancelled my 2 year contract after the 2 years in may and have been charged for 3 months after that (june, july & Aug so r185 x 3 months), I have contacted the customer care call center as well as been in to gateway and pavillion and each person gives me a new story and a different avenue to follow, I am now very angry and tired of being messed around and having my money by you (i do not get any airtime or sms's for this money), you have my bank details and this is now not fair as you are taking money off my account and not giving it back or even giving me the right line to follow and would like my 3 months back as i ended my contract as they said i should but nothing has been done. i would like my money back or i will be talking legal action against you. please could someone sort this out this is not on i have been a customer with you for many years ans supported you and after this long i get treated like this.
