It looks like vodacom is dragging its feets towards my complain, since from the 06/07/2013 untill now they did not give me anything that makes sense all they do is to call me or send me smses telling me that their still investigating for how long is this investigations going to take? and all i need to know is how long im suppose to wait, im using an old phone that is giving me so many problems when someone out there is enjoying the luxury of the new phones that is not his or hers.i need an urgent response
