I have been an mtn customer since for over 10 years now and was quite pleased when they added more benefits to their contract packages, mainly the 30 mins free to other mtn numbers. But nobody mentioned the fact that your airtime balance needs to be depleted before you can use this 30 mins. all they tell you in the shop is that you get 30 mins free to another mtn number. Thinking that this was a small way to compete with cell c free to another cell c number but it seems just another way to you into taking a new contract.
