Fourth Hello Peter posting for the same issue over 8 weeks later. At this
point it's pretty clear that MTN is rotten from the bottom up. The impunity
with which they operate is evident in their inability to not only respond
to queries, but their total dismissal of complaints by their customers.
MTN has still not responded nor has anyone been to my house, nor did anyone
call me after they promised that someone will do so, in order to get my
network/ lack of signal problem fixed. It is obvious from the response on
my last posting that no one will revert to me on any of the above. Here are
all the reference numbers you gave me, for all the times I have contacted
you about the problem: 44555; 2460907; 2346556; 2509906, and all the times
that MTN responded but never did anything about the problem.
Disgusted!
