I have reported this problem a month ago to Hello Peter and nothing has been done. I got an e-mail back from them that there were a problem at the tower and that it has been fixed. Well we all in this area are complaining about the same thing. One minute the signal is full strength and the next minute it is zero. I was updating my windows program when the line dropped again. It cost me to call in an IT engineer to fix the problems caused by this. Every time I report the problem to them they reply with an e-mail stating that they have logged a complain and give me a ref. number. I beg you please keep your reference number and rather fix the problem. If you fail to fix the problem within the next 24 hours, then please except this notice as my termination of my contract with you. This has now being going on for 2 months and I have had enough of this nonsense.
