Tried to make contact through their contact us

I tried to call but there was no answer so I tried to make contact through their "contact us" on their website, I have requested contacts on three separate occasions and they say they will contact me within 48 hrs, its been more than two weeks and nothing yet.

I need to install lines of my business but it looks like they have more than enough clients
