Tired of trying to contact you

I didn't make the payment due to some reasonable circumstances, I have been trying to call your offices since i noticed your debit order didnt go thru. I get emails saying that I am not attempting to contact you yet i get to listen to your automatic answer with it's long stories and loosing airtime daily. Nobody ever answers i am only requested to leave a message but nobody replies back. So I have made enough calls thus far and i wont appreciate it if you take legal actions against me, please contact me so that we make arrangement
