Cell C's Bad service doesnt Surprise me Any Longe

I have a Blackberry phone on contract with Cell C.

Been offline from 5pm, Sunday 12 May to Friday 17th May 2013. From Friday 17th may the server has been back on but only 4 of my 50 contacts are able to get messages to me. whenever they reply or send me messages via bbm they get the red x next to their messages. I've made more than 20 calls to the call centre and technical dept. since the 12th and I've received no joy. Today I had went back to the store in Blue Route for the 2nd time in less than a week. Now a "technical Investigation" has been requested that could take another 4 days before they even get back to me.

Last night I deleted the bbm app from my phone and reloaded it from Blackberry World. During this time I was charged data for the downloading of the app. Called the customer service centre and the agent subtly accused me of lying. Went into the Blue Route store today to prove this to the Manager on Duty.

Seriously cannot wait for this contract to come to an end. Never again will I want or advise anyone to bind themselves to a Cell C contract cause their after sales service stinks.
