I recently took out a contract with cell c for a blackberry z10 and a laptop. Someone at the store altered my banking details after i had signed the contract and moneys went off the wrong account. I then had these contracts declared null and void because of the activity that took place and i returned the goods. My account was debited for the following three months thereafter for these contracts. Now i cant get my money back from cell c despite every attempt i made. I've been dealing with the store manager Shafeera and the area manager Dayyaan. These are the two most incompetent persons i've ever dealt with. Totally incapable of doing their jobs. We've now got to a point where they told me that they cant help me anymore and i must resolve this matter myself. Today (24/09/2013) Shafeera emailed me and asked to go to the tygervalley mall branch and ask them to assist. Thats about 60kms from my home. All i ask is for cell c to give my money back or i will have to sue. I've been trying to get hold of the financial manager but to no avail. Neither Shafeera nor Dayyaan knows who the financial manager is. For managers they are pathetic.
