I feel I am wasting my time because MTN have no interest in solving clients problems. I re-newed my data contract on their big special R99.00 for 2Gs with your own modem. I get charged R104.00 Vat. I get no reply to queries through MTN Active. They just ignore you and dont reply, so we turn to you. You get atrite reply and then they just ignore you again. 8 years of customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to these people. I have a direct line to a senior executive, but would prefer to sort out the problem with the people who get paid to do the job. It is only R5.70 a month, but imagine this thievery being done to a million clients. R5.7M a month. Not bad hey
