As per my previous complaint here on HelloPeter P7/13/193. I told you I do not want a letter saying how sorry you are, because that does not replace the money and time I lost I asked for a refund or replacement meal of same value because there was nothing wrong with my money, and the food I got was not edible at all. But I got only a letter. So I emailed KFC customer care, Aneesa Heske mailed me back Jun 10, and I explained the problem. And since then no reply.
Just goes to show, you only reply here were the public can see. So you are losing me as a permanent customer. And I guess whomever I tell about the kind of service I received.
