So I accompanied my mother to go make a query about her account. We waitedin line for our turn like aany customer. Our turn came, we explained our problem. The Exact representative began to assist us. Unfortunately, when she felt she was done she proceeded to ignore us and help the next customer with us standing right in front of her. The rudeness I encounter in small towns. These people have absolutely no regard for their clients. Messed up my whole day. Rude!
