Line Suspention

Hi... Im am a very furious customer.

What happened is i had changed my banking details and i informed Telkom Mobile well in advance, even providing them with my new Acc. Details for them to debit. Come month end june i receive an sms from them telling me my account is in errears and they are going to debit my acc. double month end July for the amount of R1054. I called tthem and accepted for them to do it even if its a mistake on their side. Two weeks later my line gets suspended, a day or two later again they debit my acc. for R532, i then call for them to reopen my line since they debited my acc. It's has been now 7 days i m calling them every 10min but nothing is happening. I get a different story everytime, ive emailed my statement more than 4 times to 4 different teamleaders and managers who promised to call me back but didn't. These guys Wandie Nxumalo, Msizi Tshapa, Sabelo all Team Leaders and a Manager Thabo Makola all make me go round in circles since they promised to call me back, when i call asking for them they are either not available, busy on another call or on leave.

Im suffering for their incopetency since i played my part on informing them weel in advance.
