Tried to get my account resolved, with no avail!

Cell C took R480, 19 off my bank account wrongly. They were only supposed to bill me R173, 99, but instead they put R306, 20 extra on my account trying to let me pay for their previous fault in May/June. And on top of that when I phoned in it was told to me with a attitude that they did advise me of the amount to be deducted off my bank account. However since the first instance when I saw the amount was not right, I queried it at several of their consultants! My problem is not about the R306, 20... It is the fact that this was not the first time that I have had this problems with Cell C!!! My words today towards this consultant was that he must just tell me how many times is Cell C still going to bullsh#t me? I realy, truly hope this will better their service.
