Very Slow service

I applied for another top-up contract with them on monday 29/06/2013 at fourways.
It got approved on tuesday, up to now i'm still waiting for them to activate the number to work.
Three days i have been waiting for this... i have an exciting contract with them.
I advised them that i'm ordering this for my wife's birthday which is today.the phone is still not given to me.
The branch said they cannot call the vetting department, they can only send them an E-mail.
I need a person responsible at this vetting department to please..
