Data bundle not received

On the 1st of every month i am supposed to be topped up with R315 airtime and 500MB of data but for some reason this month i got an sms to say "Your data bundles have expired. You have now been recharged with 30.00MB which will expire on 2013-09-30" when i checked to see how much data i have later in the day it said 70.00MB. Could someone please give me a call regarding this. thanks
