My bbi service is not working, i have been phoning them for 3 weeks now and it is still not working, and they tell me they will get back to me but no one ever does, when i phone them i am on the phone for 30 minutes at a time and am told they will get back to me, i am still waiting, cant seem to get to the main person!!
