Upgrade - bad customer service

2nd of july vodacom direct called me for a upgrade.9/july RAM delivered item at wrong adress.no one called me prior to the delivery my availability.package was REturn to sender.i called them the week after that to find out whats happening.waheeba said she's going to sort it out for me which she didnt.riaana -teamleader said a couple of days afterwards that she's going to sort it out.for 2 weeks i was phonig and emailing them, they just ignored mu phone calls n emails.on the 26th i called vodacom upgrades department to sort it out.they never did, they just to me that they going to resubmiy the order.today 1 august. I spoke to upgrades teamleader n she confirmed that there was no resubmittion of my order and she confirm that her consultants where lying when they said they going to resubmit it.i send riaana a snotty email and she claim that i wa swearing at her because i used the word .im going to get invoiced for a item that i dont have.they show no effort with assisting me and im fed up of calling them each and every day!!! 082 430 1967.
