Wrongful swap and bad attitude

I took my Nokia E7 in for repairs, waited over 30min to get that done but they were busy that day so understandable. Got an sms that my phone is ready for collection, went to pick it up, walked up to this lady, she didn't even say hello or anything. She had such a bad attitude I felt like I was in the wrong to greet and pick up my phone. When she eventually brought my phone it was a different replacement phone, I don't minded it that much but I was never consulted about that. I loved my old phone but I never even consider the replacement phone. Firstly the old one had an old big simcard and this one has a microsim slot, I don't get asked to do a sim swap. Then I wanted to contact MTN via phone and email but you can't get thru to a consultant ever. What is the point if you can not speak to anyone. THE COMPUTER CAN'T SOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!

All I want is a consultant to contact me and solve my issue ASAP.
